Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Valyou (valyoudeals.com), an Australian retail discovery platform. By using the site or subscribing to our emails you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Valyou curates and publishes information about online sales, promo codes, limited-time offers, and retail events run by third-party brands. We are a discovery service only:

• We don't sell any products. Purchases happen on the retailer's own website under their terms, prices, and returns policies.
• We don't run the sales or events we list, and we can't guarantee availability, stock, sizing, or admission.

Some links on Valyou are affiliate links. If you click through and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from the retailer at no extra cost to you. This is how we keep the service free. Commissions never affect whether an offer is genuine — but they may influence which retailers we feature.

We work to keep listings accurate and remove expired offers, but sales end early, promo codes get pulled, and details change without notice. Always confirm the offer on the retailer's site before purchasing. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable if an offer, code, or event listed on Valyou is expired, changed, or otherwise unavailable.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be able to lawfully agree to these terms. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or data from the service, or use automated tools to access it beyond ordinary browsing.
• Copy, reproduce, or republish substantial parts of our curated feed, listings, or newsletter for a competing service.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the site, or attempt to access accounts or systems you're not authorised to access.
• Submit false, misleading, or infringing content (including brand listings).

If you submit a sale, event, or brand listing, you confirm the details are accurate and that you're authorised to submit them on the brand's behalf. We review listings before publishing and may edit, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion. You grant us a licence to display the submitted content (including brand names and logos) on the service and in our newsletter.

The Valyou name, logo, site design, and our curated content are owned by us and protected by law — you may not use them without our written permission. Third-party brand names, logos, and product images belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify the offers we list; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. Otherwise, the service is provided “as is”, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service — including anything that happens on a retailer's site after you click through, or at a third-party event we list.

We may update these terms or change or discontinue parts of the service at any time; the date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
